


Toddler Fish Congee with Jujube, Broccoli & Mixed Mushrooms
Our wholesome Fish Congee is a nourishing blend of soft rice, tender fish, and nutrients from assorted superfoods! Featuring jujube, known for its gentle sweetness and health-boosting properties, this dish is further enriched with anchovies, vitamin-packed broccoli and a variety of mixed mushrooms, offering a boost of calcium and antioxidants.
⭐ This dish also includes ground peanuts, an adapted take on the classic peanut garnish on signature Chinese-styled congee - making it an added option for nut-allergen exposure!
⭐ This congee makes a great option to introduce seafood to baby, or to maintain tolerance to seafood.

How long can I store the meals for?
As our meals are free from preservatives, we recommend consuming them as soon as possible. Dishes are best consumed within one month from the date of receipt/purchase. Always ensure the meals are stored safely and appropriately in the freezer.
How do I reheat?
You may use any form of reheating for the dishes such as double-boiling, steaming, microwaving, and on the stovetop. As every appliance differs, adjustments to the reheating time may be required.
Here are some guidelines:
Microwave:
- For dishes: Reheat for 3-5 minutes on medium-high. Note that different appliances may require adjustments to the time.
- For finger foods: Reheat in increments of 15 seconds. The usual sweet spot is between 30-45 seconds on medium-high.
Double-boiling/Steamer: Steam around 10-15 minutes until thoroughly hot (not just warm).
Stovetop: Recommended to reheat from a defrosted state in the fridge. Cover with a lid to distribute heat evenly. Heat around 5-7 minutes until the food is thoroughly hot.
Air Fryer: Not recommended to reheat dishes. For finger foods, heat around 3-5 minutes until the food is thoroughly hot.
